Eu quero criar um VLAN para 3 VMs convidadas. Eu já tenho isso e cada VM pode ping uns dos outros, mas o problema é que qualquer convidado não pode ter acesso à Internet

Você precisa ativar o encaminhamento de IP alterando / proc / sys / net / ipv4 / ip_forward para 1.
Você também precisa aplicar uma regra iptables ao NAT das VMs. (Isso deve ser aplicado no host)
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o <your external interface on the Host> -j MASQUERADE
