NGINX dá erro no Centos 7 com PHP 5.6

Eu tentei de tudo na internet para fazer o PHP 5.6 funcionar no Centos 7 com o NGINX. Eu não quero o PHP 5.4 (Isso funciona) porque está desatualizado como o inferno. Atualmente, NGINX me dá o seguinte erro quando eu visito uma página de php no meu site (502 bad gateaway):

*5 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream

Estou desesperado por ajuda e explicação.

Eu tenho o seguinte conjunto em /etc/php-fpm.d:

E eu tenho isso definido no php.ini:

cgi.fix_pathinfo=0
