Eu usei o GCP em um teste gratuito por alguns meses e configurei uma VM do mecanismo de computação, quando um orçamento de teste terminou, a VM ficou inativa e não consigo reiniciá-lo, mesmo após a atualização para pagamentos mensais.
Sempre que desejo reiniciar a VM, recebo este erro:
The default network interface [nic0] is frozen.
Eu tentei criar uma nova VM, mas também recebi um erro:
Blockquote Google Compute Engine is not ready for use yet in the project. It may take several minutes if Google Compute Engine has just been enabled, or if this is the first time you use Google Compute Engine in the project. Blockquote
Criou uma nova conta de serviço e jogou com funções, mas o resultado ainda é o mesmo.
O que devo fazer nesta situação?

At the moment there is a known issue in which projects that has been upgraded from free trial might be prevented from starting VMs in the default network. Our teams are currently working this issue with high priority.
