Como instalar o pacote PEAR Text_Highlighter?

Eu tentei várias soluções possíveis, mas ninguém ajudou:

pear install Text_Highlighter

Etc. Considerando que 0.7.1 instala perfeitamente usando o mais recente comando

Alguma idéia?

Neste momento, o pacote Text_Highlighter tem uma dependência do PEAR, o que significa que ele incluirá muitos outros pacotes. Para instalar o pacote em um repositório independente, você pode usar:

mkdir Text_Highlighter
cd Text_Highlighter
php pyrus.phar 'pwd' set bin_dir 'pwd'/bin
php pyrus.phar 'pwd' install pear/Text_Highlighter-0.7.2

Que instalará o Text_Highlighter-0.7.2 e todas as dependências no diretório Text_Highlighter.
