Problemas ao instalar o PHPUnit com o PEAR Installer (Windows)

Question

Estou tentando instalar o phpunit/PHPUnit . Eu recebo algo como abaixo, acho que o problema é que Archive/Tar.php não é encontrado? Eu tentei usar a opção --alldeps e recebi o mesmo erro. A tentativa de instalar pear install archive_tar até fornece o mesmo erro em que Archive/Tar.php não foi encontrado!

UPDATE : Eu devo dizer que é no Windows, eu não tenho problemas para instalar no Ubuntu

Eu resolvi o problema reinstalando o PEAR, acho que o Archive_Tar deve ser instalado com o PEAR
