Consegui resolver isso reiniciando o cluster com um CIDR diferente (estava usando anteriormente o mesmo CIDR que o host vm (192.168.0.0/16). Usei 172.16.0.0/16 e funcionou imediatamente.
Tentando usar helm no meu cluster do kubernetes. helm init
correu bem, mas tentando instalar ou apenas helm list
apresenta este erro.
