Erro WMI no Windows Server 2008 R2 não licenciado

Estou instalando um servidor TFS2010 e estou recebendo um erro WMI na verificação dos serviços de análise (ACCESS_DENIED), pois os serviços de análise estão em um servidor diferente. Eu peço ao administrador do sistema (sou desenvolvedor) para adicionar a conta do instalador para os administradores locais temporariamente, ele fez, mas agora eu estou recebendo isso:

[ Reporting ] TF255437: An error occurred while querying the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) interface on the following computer: [SERVER]. The following error message was received: .

Como você pode ver, o erro é uma piada, já que agora sou um administrador. Verifiquei a máquina e o Serviço WMI está em execução, e a Compatibilidade com WMI para IIS 6 está ativada.

Uma coisa que notei é que a licença para o servidor expirou (acho que o administrador do sistema esqueceu de ativar o servidor), esta pode ser a razão pela qual o WMI está falhando ?, se houver alguma documentação sobre isso ?, Eu não quero dizer ao administrador de sistema: "Ei, acabei de entrar no seu servidor e acho que você deveria ativá-lo".

One thing I noticed though is that the license for the server expired, (I guess the sysadmin forgot to activate the server), this could be the reason WMI is failing?
