Se nada for exibido e o filtro isapi estiver sendo exibido como instalado e funcionando, acho que pode haver um problema nas Restrições ISAPI e CGI. Certifique-se de que o conector é permitido.
Depois de várias tentativas de instalar o Tomcat no IIS 7, finalmente consegui fazê-lo funcionar. Pelo menos eu penso assim: -S. Eu finalmente consegui remover os 500 erros, definindo as permissões corretas. A única coisa que não funciona é ... servir coisas: coisas comuns (como ASP, arquivos HTML ou navegação em diretório) ou coisas do Tomcat funcionam.

Sou bem novo no IIS 7, costumava trabalhar com o IIS 6.
