Estou tentando instalar o Web Deployment Tool no Win2k8 R2, mas sempre falho com o próximo erro:

Eu também tento instalar em outro Win2k8 R2 (este sem IIS I Think) tudo funciona sem nenhum problema.
Além disso, obtive salvamentos de uma versão boa e ruim e tentei obter algumas informações de lá.
Eu passo o dia todo tentando instalar esse app, pesquiso com nosso amigo google, um monte de posts mas nada resolve o problema, 8h e nem um erro diferente.
