tcp conexão redefinida [RST, ACK]

Question

recebendo esses erros parece que o servidor está reafirmando a conexão por causa de alguma perda de pacotes

qualquer sugestão possível para descobrir isso

Estou usando a conexão persistente javascript (extensão chrome) no cliente e apache2 php no final do servidor

e neste momento eu recebo este erro Provisional headers are shown
