Parece que a sessão ssh foi enviada por uma chave pública (de Users/Mackan/.ssh/identity ) e o servidor fechou a conexão depois de receber isso. Talvez tente mover as chaves públicas para outro lugar e tente se conectar novamente?
Eu configurei um servidor SSH em um Windows Server 2012 r2 com o cygwin. Eu posso conectar com sucesso ao servidor com ssh usando Putty no meu pc do windows ou usando o Ubuntu. No entanto, quando tento me conectar a ele com o git bash, fecho a conexão antes de ter a chance de inserir minha senha.
