Propriedade não selecionável (?) no módulo Powershell do IIS

Question

dir iis:\apppools

Dá 3 propriedades: Nome, Estado e Aplicações.

Gostaria de isolar "Aplicativos", mas, por algum motivo, ele não é encontrado na lista Get-Member.
