Tenho certeza de que o ventilador da CPU é o meu problema. As configurações no menu de inicialização não ajudaram em nada; eles não tiveram influência no meu fã.

Certifique-se de que não é o seu ventilador de GPU que está causando toda a raquete. Eu tinha uma placa de vídeo EVGA que funcionava a todo vapor por padrão, e só iria se acalmar quando o driver apropriado fosse carregado.
Se ele for seu fã de GPU, provavelmente você terá mais facilidade em controlar isso do que controlar sua ventoinha de CPU.
