Buscando o uso da CPU e vazamento de memória do servidor

Como faço para obter o desempenho da CPU com o JMETER?

Meu ambiente:

apache-jmeter-2.9
ServerAgent-2.2.1
Windows Server 2008 R2

O problema é que, quando eu executo o agente do servidor no servidor e tento buscar os dados no jmeter UI, o prompt de comando no servidor mostra um erro:
