Eu quero replicar as opções de instalação do Debian feitas para a configuração atual do meu sistema na instalação de um novo sistema.
O Debian pode ser pré-configurado através de um arquivo de "pré-configuração" (aka "preseed"), que basicamente contém as respostas para as perguntas que o instalador fará.
A documentação indica que uma maneira de criar um arquivo de pré-configuração a partir de uma instalação existente do Debian é:
...use the debconf-get-selections from the debconf-utils package to dump both the debconf database and the installer's cdebconf database to a single file:
$ debconf-get-selections --installer > file
$ debconf-get-selections >> file
Mas, em seguida, adiciona imediatamente:

A documentação não elabora o que os itens que não deveriam ser pré-configurados seriam.
Alguém poderia elaborar?
A título ilustrativo, abaixo incluo o segundo campo da saída que obtenho dos dois comandos acima, onde mantive apenas as linhas que começam com d-i , juntamente com os comentários, às vezes truncados para fins de brevidade. (O motivo para manter apenas as linhas de configuração que começam com d-i é que no arquivo de pré-configuração de exemplo fornecido pelo Debian, apenas essas linhas aparecem.
