Problema no arquivo de troca do Vim

7

E303: Unable to open swap file for "file", recovery impossible

Existe algum arquivo faltando? Se sim, como eu adicionaria esse arquivo?

No seu arquivo ~/.vimrc você tem

set directory=~/.vim/tmp

e depois mais abaixo, novamente,

set directory=~/.vim-swap/

Vim was not able to create a swap file. You can still edit the file, but if Vim unexpectedly exits the changes will be lost. And Vim may consume a lot of memory when editing a big file. You may want to change the 'directory' option to avoid this error. See swap-file.

Adicione isto no começo do seu arquivo vimrc:

if empty(glob('~/.vim/tmp'))
    silent !mkdir -p ~/.vim/tmp
endif
set directory=$HOME/.vim/tmp

Ele irá verificar e criar, se necessário, tmp folder
