Estou tentando usar fsl, fslview, freesurfer para processar dados de neuroimagem, mas encontrei um problema insolúvel.
Eu uso 'Bash no Ubuntu no Windows', meu computador é o Windows 10 Pro (64Bit), eu instalei e executei o Xming e instalei o fsl com sucesso usando os comandos abaixo. Eu segui as instruções no link .

Eu tentei instalar o libvtk5.8 e libvtk5.8-qt4, mas não funciona. O Iibvtk está instalado na versão 6.2. Tem a ver com conflitos ou mistura de vários ubuntus? Eu também instalei o oracle VM virtualbox e criei uma instância do Ubuntu, na qual instalei o fslview. Ouvi dizer que alguém instalou com êxito o fslview, assim como o fsl, sem nenhum erro, instalando em uma nova janela de encaixe confiável.
