Como encontrar a data de lançamento de qualquer .rpm antes de instalá-lo

Question

Existe alguma maneira de obter a data de lançamento (via linha de comando) de um RPM sem baixá-lo ou instalá-lo?

Eu posso obter informações detalhadas através do comando abaixo, mas não consigo encontrar a data de lançamento desse RPM em particular:
