Instalar o python dá um erro no dpkg.

Eu fiz estes comandos, saída abaixo

$ sudo apt-get install python3.4  
$ sudo dpkg -C  
$ sudo apt-get check  
$ apt-cache policy libglib2.0-dev  
$ sudo dpkg --configure libglib2.0-dev  
$ sudo dpkg --audit

O problema aqui é que você está entre vários caminhos de upgrade para cada pacote. Você não está usando estável, nem testando, e isso traz problemas. Você deve atualizar o máximo de pacotes possível para estável primeiro:

sudo apt-get -t stable dist-upgrade

Em seguida, decida se deseja fazer o downgrade de tudo para estável ou seguir para o teste. Nesse caso, você deve remover entradas estáveis no seu sources.list e atualizar novamente:

sudo sed -i '/stable/d' /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Eu pessoalmente apenas reinstalaria o sistema apenas para garantir que não houvesse mais problemas com dependências e ficasse estável ou testando. Eu não sei o que o Knoppix usa como base, mas você não parece estar usando nenhum repositório além do Debian.

Na minha opinião, não há nada aqui que possa ser razoavelmente corrigido. Depois de uma discussão com o cartaz no chat, ficou claro que ele está basicamente fazendo coisas sem suporte.

Ele primeiro instalou o Knoppix e, em seguida, adicionou repositórios do Debian e, em seguida, tentou instalar / atualizar para os pacotes Debian. Isso não é suportado pelo Knoppix ou Debian ou qualquer outra pessoa, até onde eu saiba. O cartaz aparentemente leu nos fóruns do Knoppix que, uma vez que o Knoppix foi instalado, era o Debian, e concluiu que ele poderia instalar os pacotes do Debian em sua instalação do Knoppix. É verdade que o Knoppix é baseado no Debian, e que todos os pacotes do Knoppix são pacotes do Debian, mas as versões do pacote na instalação do pôster não aparecem (com base nas informações que ele forneceu) para corresponder àquelas atualmente disponíveis nos repositórios do Debian. Portanto, não é surpreendente que misturar as versões do pacote do Knoppix com as versões incompatíveis encontradas no Debian stable, unstable etc. deve causar problemas.

Eu recomendei ao autor que ele tentasse apenas usar o Debian. Adicionar o Knoppix ao mix não parece ter nenhuma vantagem, e está apenas causando problemas.
