Estou usando o Ubuntu 15.10, versão do kernel 4.2.0-25. Meu laptop é Dell Inspiron 14-3452
O problema é que não consigo ativar o bluetooth depois de desativá-lo. A única maneira de ativá-lo é reinicializar.
rfkill list
não mostra blocos suaves ou blocos rígidos
sudo hciconfig hci0 up
retorna

ifconfig mostra o dispositivo hci0 bluetooth, mas quando eu digito no lsusb ele não mostra nenhum dispositivo bluetooth

Eu tentei o rfkill desbloquear o bluetooth, editando o /etc/rc.local e nada funciona.
