Câmera embutida não detectada

Question

Eu tenho o Dell Ins. 5537 executando Arch. A webcam não funciona fora da caixa.

Não há nenhum dispositivo /dev/video* detectado.

Arch wiki me diz para encontrar o modelo certo de webcam e carregar o módulo do kernel correto. Mas não sei qual é o modelo da webcam.

Veja se você tem uma tecla de função da câmera. Se o fizer, talvez tenha desativado por acidente? No meu Alienware M18x é Fn + F9 . Como o Arch está executando o systemd, você pode journalctl -f para ver se o kernel o reconhece.
