Alguém sabe por que minha webcam funcionaria no luvcview, mas não em queijo, vlc, firefox, etc?
O VLC não parece capturar nada da câmera. o queijo sorta funciona por cerca de 2 segundos, mas o vídeo é meio preto e tem linhas horizontais através dele. O exemplo do getUserMedia do Firefox nunca chama o retorno de chamada do loadeddata.
O luvcview exibe o vídeo da webcam corretamente e pode capturá-lo em um arquivo avi. Alguma pista de onde eu deveria começar a procurar? Aqui está o lususb dump da webcam e a lista de formatos suportados do luvcview:

Eu tenho um dispositivo Realtek semelhante no meu Razer Blade 2015 e ele funciona com tudo, desde que você o defina como 720p. Pode funcionar com resoluções mais baixas, mas isso é tudo que testei.
Eu tenho uma câmera USB de 1080p que às vezes uso e foi configurada para alta para minha câmera USB. Depois que eu mudo para 720p e depois reinicio o queijo, funciona.
