O que estou fazendo de errado?

Quando eu pesquiso link , recebo uma tela em branco.

quando pesquiso link , obtenho os seguintes erros.

Erro no Chrome:

The requested URL /teampass/index.php was not found on this server.

Erro no IE:

The webpage cannot be found

HTTP 404

Esta é a permissão na pasta da Web:

Como você tem DocumentRoot /var/www/html/teampass em sua definição de host virtual https, o URL link está realmente tentando veicular o arquivo /var/www/html/teampass/teampass/index.php que não existe. Altere o DocumentRoot no host virtual https ou mova onde seus arquivos são salvos para que estejam no lugar certo.
