Não funciona atualização yum (yum não tem dados em cache suficientes para continuar)

Eu instalei as coisas com sucesso via yum on centos 7. Então eu instalei o epel repo (# yum install epel-release ) e sempre me davam o seguinte erro e depois disso eu não conseguia instalar nada

 2. Reconfigure the baseurl/etc. for the repository, to point to a working

    packages for the previous distribution release still work).

 3. Run the command with the repository temporarily disabled
        yum --disablerepo=<repoid> ...

 4. Disable the repository permanently, so yum won't use it by default. Yum
    will then just ignore the repository until you permanently enable it
    again or use --enablerepo for temporary usage:

        yum-config-manager --disable <repoid>
    or
        subscription-manager repos --disable=<repoid>

 5. Configure the failing repository to be skipped, if it is unavailable.
    Note that yum will try to contact the repo. when it runs most commands,
    so will have to try and fail each time (and thus. yum will be be much
    slower). If it is a very temporary problem though, this is often a nice
    compromise:

        yum-config-manager --save --setopt=<repoid>.skip_if_unavailable=true

Eu pesquisei muito na internet, mas não consegui encontrar a solução. Algumas pessoas talvez de proxy. mesmo se eu adicionei minhas informações de proxy ao yum.conf, mas novamente eu falhei.

Então eu quero verificar se eu excluir o repo epel, então provavelmente ele pode funcionar e eu deletei epel-repo do sistema depois que eu poderia instalar.

Por favor me ajude eu passei esses problemas dois dias

Como você descobriu, o pacote de lançamento da epel está causando o problema. Se você ainda não o fez:

# yum remove epel-release

Em seguida, instale o EPEL Repo com o seguinte (requer o pacote wget):

# wget http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-9.noarch.rpm
# rpm -ivh epel-release-7-9.noarch.rpm

De lá, você poderá fazer a atualização do yum sem problemas.
