Não é possível conectar-se de fora ao meu servidor web apache usando um dns dinâmico gratuito e IP

Estou executando o Ubuntu 12.04 e um servidor web Apache v.2.2 na porta 80. Minha conexão com a Internet é baseada em um ip dinâmico e para se conectar ao meu servidor Eu quero usar um serviço de DNS dinâmico gratuito (ex : mysite.no-ip.org). Eu instalei o cliente de atualização do dns dinâmico no meu Ubuntu e está funcionando bem (atualiza meu Ip para o serviço dns no-ip.org). Eu posso conectar de localhost / 127.0.0.1 mas nenhuma conexão de fora ( link ). Verificar a porta 80 com o link dá "porta está fechada". Mas fica estranho porque o firewall diz que minha porta 80 está aberta:

Também posso conectar com o telnet no host local, ele me fornece o conteúdo da página html.

Eu também mencionei que os arquivos de configuração do apache são padrão, eu não fiz nenhuma modificação lá. Há configurações especiais nos arquivos de configuração do apache para usar dns dinâmicos e ip dinâmicos.

Não consigo entender por que não está funcionando, o que estou perdendo?

A maioria dos provedores de serviços de Internet na Europa fecha as portas 80 e 25 para endereços IP dinâmicos, pois eles querem que você pague mais por um IP fixo ... Portanto, VPN, Telnet, ... funcionam, mas os servidores reais de web e de correio não t.

Entre em contato com seu ISP e pergunte se esse é o caso. Se não, deixe um comentário.

Como alternativa, para verificar totalmente a varredura de sua LAN e ter alguma prova para seu ISP, vá para o ShieldsUp local na rede Internet. Este é um site de renome internacional mantido pelo disco e guru de segurança Steve Gibson ...
