flink systemctl falha ao iniciar

Question

Oi eu quero criar o serviço systemctl para tun flink servidor local.

Eu posso executá-lo diretamente do /bin/start-local.sh

Mas quando estou usando esta definição de serviço.

Estou recebendo um erro, o que há de errado na minha defenição de serviço?
