A conexão Ethernet Mint funciona por alguns segundos e depois pára

Estou usando o Mint 18.1. Em resumo, meu problema é quando tento conectar-me à internet via Ethernet.

O que é isso?

Eu conecto o cabo, ele obtém um endereço IP válido (DHCP) e depois executo ping google.com . Apenas alguns pacotes enviados e depois param. a saída:

Eu tentei a seguinte solução que encontrei na Web, mas não funcionou para mim:

• Defina MTU como um valor mais alto (8192, 9000, ...)
• Falei com o administrador da rede, ele me disse que seria o problema do seu laptop.
