“erro de gravação: argumento inválido” ao alterar a configuração do governador

Estou executando benchmarks em um Intel Sylake. Os números estão distorcidos de vez em quando e estou tentando mover o processador para fora do modo powersave para ondemand mode. O script que estou usando está localizado em governor.sh .

Executando o script nos resultados do Skylake:

A linha 44 é o echo e executa (por exemplo) echo ondemand > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor .

A execução do mesmo script na mesma máquina com performance está OK. E executando o mesmo script em máquinas diferentes, como um antigo VIA ou Core2, com ondemand está OK. O problema parece estar limitado à máquina Skylake.

@Giles explica parte do motivo da falha em cat: erro de gravação: argumento inválido , mas não explica a falha do Skylake, pois ondemand não é uma configuração inválida. Há alguma leitura adicional em frequência de CPU e código de escala de tensão no kernel do Linux e < um wiki href="http://wiki.rootzwiki.com/CPU_Governors"> CPU Governors .
