Não é possível enviar e-mail via sendmail

Estou tentando enviar e-mail via sendmail, mas o e-mail não é recebido. Aqui está o comando: 

/bin/cat /scripts/zabbix/test.txt | mail -v -s "Blocked IPs" [email protected]
