VBoxLinuxAdditions.run causado e erro: tipo incompatível para argumento

enquanto corro sudo sh VBoxLinuxAdditions.run , recebi o erro abaixo com o Kernel 4.16 no teste debian:

Você deve atualizar para o VirtualBox 5.2.12 que adiciona suporte para a versão 4.16 do kernel .

Como você está testando, você pode instalar o virtualbox package , pelo menos uma vez a versão 5.2. 12 migra para o teste.
