Permitir ip de um servidor de jogo

Eu tenho 2 servidores, 1 servidor de jogo com ip 176.31.109.201 porta 28020 e 1 servidor dedikeret onde estou executando mysql

Meu problema é como permitir que meu servidor de jogos se conecte ao meu banco de dados mysql do servidor dedikeret no meu firewall.sh

Meu firewall.sh é assim, um amigo fez isso há muito tempo:

Na seção Entrada TCP, você precisa adicionar uma regra para permitir seu servidor:

# MySQL

Insira esta regra acima da regra de limpeza, assim:
