referência indefinida para o problema '__intel_sse4_atol'

Estou tentando construir o OpenFOAM para Xeon Phi, mas recebi um erro como definido aqui

e eu procurei por libimf.so, e eu encontrei aqui:

onde devo colocar a bandeira -rpath or -rpath-link ?

ou devo executar este comando primeiro?

/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.2.144/bin/compilervars_arch.sh mic

Você deve pesquisar o script bin/compilervars.sh antes de fazer a compilação. Isso define todas as variáveis de ambiente necessárias.

O mais importante no seu caso é o LD_LIBRARY_PATH , que deve conter uma referência aos caminhos:

/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.2.144/compiler/lib/mic
/opt/intel/composer_xe_2013_sp1.2.144/compiler/lib/intel64"

O script de compilervars definirá isso.

Eu não recomendaria a configuração de rpath ou rpath-link manualmente, pois isso não seria necessário se você obtiver compilervars.sh .
