usando 'pacstrap / mnt base-devel' informa que o tamanho do donwload foi excedido?

Estou instalando o Arch neste guia aqui (em alemão): link

Eu estabeleci uma conexão com a internet e fiz o ping com sucesso. Ao usar pacstrap /mnt base-devel , o processo é encerrado com uma mensagem de erro estranha, não entendo.

Eu pinguei esses espelhos "defeituosos" e todos eles respondem. A última mensagem de erro informa algo sobre um tamanho de download excedido.
