Não está presente no software Ubuntu.
PS. Eu sei que o Ubuntu 17.04 não é suportado, mas é a única versão que funcionou com a minha GTX 960. Talvez a versão mais recente esteja corrigida agora, mas eu não quero arriscar fazer o bricking pelo laptop novamente.
OK, para quem tiver o problema.
Quando uma versão do Ubuntu não é suportada, os pacotes são movidos para novos locais e há erros 404. Após a atualização, você pode instalar e atualizar os pacotes normalmente.
Felizmente, ele foi atualizado para 17.10 sem problemas e agora funciona com o GTX 950 pronto para uso.
