Então eu tenho que instalar o bower (em um projeto RoR) com o comando rake bower:install , mas ele falha com:

bower ETIMEDOUT ETIMEDOUT
Eu tentei apenas bower install e bower install chosen , mas o mesmo erro ocorre todas as vezes. Eu também tentei abrir o link no meu navegador, e ele expirou também. O que está acontecendo?
