Sou capaz de iniciar o serviço com o script init.d, no entanto, fazer o início do serviço de nome de serviço não funciona

Eu sou capaz de iniciar um serviço com um script init.d, mas o service <service name> start não funciona.

Por exemplo /etc/init.d/haskal start , o serviço está iniciando bem e service haskal start serviço não está sendo executado.
