apt-get install O openssh-server não funciona devido a dependências não atendidas

Sou novo no ambiente do Ubuntu, está me incomodando há algum tempo.

tentaram quase tudo sugerido nos fóruns, mas sem sorte. Eu não sei se estou perdendo alguma coisa.

SO: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS 64 bits

~$ sudo apt-get install openssh-server

entendi !!, eu baixei o libck-connector0 do repositório de pacotes do Ubuntu, instalei usando sudo dpkg -i libck-connector0_0.4.5-2ubuntu0.1_amd64.deb e tentei novamente. Funcionou desta vez.

e verifique este link Como resolvo os problemas não atendidos? dependências após adicionar um PPA? , esse cara cobriu todos os cenários possíveis para tais erros.
