Você já tentou executar: sudo apt-get -f install ? Isso deve corrigir os pacotes instalados atualmente instalando dependências não atendidas.

Eles não estão corretos também, isso me dá isso para cada pacote e isso acontece depois que eu tento obter o essencial da compilação!
EDITAR: ainda me dá isso para blocos de código pesquisados toda a rede para dependências não atendidas! nenhum funcionou! Há ainda duas outras dependências que nada pode consertar! libgcc1 (> = 1: 4.1.1), mas 1: 4.8.1-10ubuntu9 deve ser instalado como common-block (= 12.11-3), mas 13.12-1 deve ser instalado - Eu tentei re instalar eu acho! remoção automática não funcionou!
EDITAR: Eu tentei -f isntall novamente para postar resultados aqui é resultados
