Não entrar no GRUB (nenhum sinal do Ubuntu) depois de executar o Boot-Repair para consertar o grub rescue

Eu tive um dual boot do Windows 7 e do Ubuntu 12.10 (Quantal Quetzal) no meu notebook por um bom tempo e hoje quando eu comecei eu entrei no grub rescue em vez do menu GRUB normal e não consegui inicializar qualquer um dos meus dois sistemas operacionais.

Me deparei com o reparo de inicialização na seção de ajuda do Ubuntu ( link ). Então eu criei um live-usb do Ubuntu 12.10 e segui as instruções para fazer o boot-repair e executá-lo e ele rodou com sucesso e me disse para reiniciar.

Depois de fazer este reparo de inicialização, sempre que eu inicio meu notebook, não entro no GRUB; meu Windows 7 é inicializado automaticamente, então eu não sei mais como entrar no meu Ubuntu.

O log de reparo de inicialização mostra claramente que não há sinal de Ubuntu instalado no seu disco rígido. Talvez sua partição Ubuntu tenha sido formatada ou algo mais. Então, por favor, tente reinstalar o Ubuntu em uma partição separada onde você quiser.
