Problema de conexão se eu ativar “Cloned MAC Address” no meu Wifi

Meu wlan0 "Endereço MAC do dispositivo" é: OO: OO: OO: OO: OO: OO, na janela "Editar conexão" "Endereço MAC clonado" estava vazio. Eu inseri um novo endereço MAC neste campo: XX: XX: XX: XX: XX: XX. e salvou. Depois disso eu não consigo conectar o myssid! Eu verifiquei na configuração do meu modem (usando o cabo LAN). A filtragem MAC está desativada no meu modem.

Esta é a saída de sudo tail -f /var/log/syslog após tentar se conectar ao myssid (com endereço MAC clonado).

Se eu definir o endereço MAC clonado vazio ou igual ao endereço MAC do dispositivo, eu poderia conectar-me ao myssid sem nenhum problema.

Se você deseja alterar o endereço mac, o mais simples é usar o comando

sudo ifconfig wlan0 down
sudo ifconfig wlan0 hw ether  xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx
sudo ifconfig wlan0 up

xx: xx: xx: xx: xx: xx - representa o endereço "novo" do mac
