Belkin f9L1101v2 no Ubuntu 14.04

como o título descreve Estou tentando obter um f9L1101v2 belking para executar no meu laptop que está executando o Ubuntu 14.04. Eu segui as instruções aqui mas recebo um erro ao digitar "make"

Então, é claro que "sudo make install" não funciona.

Estou realmente perdido com o que fazer, alguém poderia me ajudar?

Em revisão 85a2b460d46687d19eb1ae61d806a89ee107f5bb o driver começou a usar ether_addr_copy , que foi introduzido apenas em o kernel Linux v3.14, mas o Ubuntu Tursty usa a v3.13. Você pode tanto

  1. atualize seu kernel,

    sudo apt-get install linux-generic-lts-utopic
    

    Vantagens:

    • Permite manter a versão mais recente do módulo rtl8192du.
    • Pode resolver alguns outros problemas (hardware / driver).

    Desvantagens:

    • Pode ser incompatível com outro hardware (em casos raros) ou componentes do sistema operacional (não é tão raro, infelizmente). Você pode instalar as duas versões do kernel lado a lado, experimentar o mais novo e voltar facilmente para outro, se tiver problemas.
    • Não é totalmente trivial.
  2. ou faça o downgrade do driver para uma revisão anterior.

    Vantagens:

    • Quase trivial para executar.

    Desvantagens:

    • Pode expor erros no driver que foram corrigidos desde então.
