sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/kde-config-telepathy-accounts_4%3a15.12.3-0ubuntu1_amd64.deb
e, em seguida, corrigir a instalação com
sudo apt-get install -f
O snippet a seguir é o que eu usei para instalar o kubuntu-desktop em ubuntu-16.04 LTS
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop
