Help Gotas de som do Ubuntu 17.10

Question

Fechei a tampa do meu laptop, quando abri, não há som nos alto-falantes ou nos fones de ouvido.

Também acontece se eu inicializar o Windows e reiniciar o Ubuntu. Se eu desligar o computador e ligar, inicialize com o Ubuntu e o som funcionará bem.

Eu segui as instruções que encontrei no askubuntu, e o Sound Troubleshooting Procedure ainda nada funciona. Por favor ajude.
