Remove arquivos duplicados com pesquisa de nome avançada

Eu baixei alguns arquivos mp3 (muitos na verdade) e quero saber como posso remover duplicatas. As duplicatas não têm exatamente o mesmo nome nem o mesmo tamanho / conteúdo. A semelhança está em seus nomes. Por exemplo:

Calvin Harris – Blame (Feat. John Newman)
Blame - Calvin Harris

Existe alguma solução cmd ou outra solução?

Estou usando o software freeware Anti-Twin (e similar), não se incomode com o CMD. Nunca tive o mesmo problema, mas acho que vai funcionar muito bem. Ou tente Fast Duplicate File Finder , eles estão reivindicando que eles removem arquivos por nome de arquivo similar
