A conexão 3G persistente com o gerenciador de rede falha [fechada]

Eu mantenho uma conexão 3G persistente em um dispositivo remoto usando o gerenciador de rede. No entanto, de vez em quando, o link falha e, em seguida, não reinicia a si mesmo. Consegui identificar uma ocorrência disso no meu syslog, mas honestamente não tenho certeza do que estou vendo. Parece que a máquina acha que o dispositivo foi desconectado, mas não há entrada de registro correspondente para que ele seja desconectado.

Alguém se importaria de ver o syslog abaixo e me guiar na direção certa?

Infelizmente, como alguns dongles 3G funcionam. Se a porta serial estiver fechada, elas essencialmente precisam ser redefinidas para um modo poweron. Isso pode ser possível usando a opção "Ativar banda larga móvel" no nm-applet, desmarcando e selecionando-a novamente. Caso contrário, pode ser necessário alternar o modo, e nesse caso, pode ser simples desconectá-lo do computador e conectá-lo novamente (mas, se você realmente quiser alterá-lo manualmente, precisará descobrir quais parâmetros são passados para ele). usb-modeswitch pelo udev, via /var/log/usb_modeswitch.log depois de habilitar o login no /etc/usb_modeswitch.conf).

Como solução possível, você pode definir persistir em / etc / ppp / options (que ainda deve ser lido ao estabelecer a conexão). Isso pode ajudar a manter o PPP ativo e evitar o fechamento das portas do modem.
