Não é possível ativar o Windows 7 Professional Online?

Quando estou tentando ativar o meu Windows 7 Professional on-line, tenho um erro como esse -

O que posso fazer por isso? Meu outro pc não levantou esse erro. Está ativado perfeitamente.

Se estiver com problemas para ativar on-line, basta ligar para a Microsoft e ativar o telefone.
