Como adicionar efeito de zoom a um vídeo?

Estou trabalhando em um projeto no qual devo gerar um vídeo, a partir de um conjunto de entrada de vídeos ou imagens.

O problema é quando eu gero o vídeo, devo adicionar um efeito zoomin a cada elemento de entrada.

Eu resolvi o problema com imagens dessa maneira (repito este comando para cada imagem):

ffmpeg -loop 1 -i test.jpg -vf "zoompan=z='min(zoom+0.0015,1.5)':d=125" -c:v libx264 -pix_fmt yuvj420p -t 5 -s "796x450" test.mp4

Depois de concatenar os vídeos gerados.

Agora, estou tentando a mesma solução para vídeos, mas sem sucesso. Devo converter antes do vídeo em imagens? Ou há outro jeito?

Aqui está um comando para fazer tudo em um único comando:
