Como traduzir o texto selecionado no Windows usando o Google Tradutor?

Quando seleciono um texto no sistema Android, ele mostra uma opção para traduzir o texto selecionado usando Google translate (minha tradução aparece).

Agora, como usar o serviço do Google Tradutor da mesma forma (ou usando teclas de atalho) para traduzir o texto selecionado no Windows sem abrir um navegador ou a janela principal de um dicionário?

P.S. Talvez alguns apps como o GoldenDict sejam úteis, mas quando adiciono o seguinte endereço:
