Como obter ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED constantemente

Recentemente, comecei a receber esse erro quase toda vez que tento abrir um site:

ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

Se eu clicar em Atualizar, a página eventualmente será aberta.
