PC trava na construção de um aplicativo VS2008 WPF

Question

Meu PC trava e reinicia sempre que eu construo um aplicativo WPF no VS2008.

Eu não tenho idéia do porquê isso acontece e eu coletei os logs do EventViewer para referência.

Uma coisa interessante a notar é que a origem do evento é da versão do .NET Runtime 2.0.50727.3625 para uma aplicação WPF.

Estou planejando reinstalar meu .NET Framework, antes disso, gostaria de saber se vocês

pode me dar qualquer entrada. Qualquer ajuda é profundamente apreciada.
